Online Registration Problems:
If you are contacting us because you are having trouble registering online, the following simple step clears up a lot of the problems. You might need to clear your browser files - Tools/ Internet Option/ Delete Files then Delete Cookies. Read more about deleting files/cookies.
If clearing the files/cookies does not help, you may contact our online registration provider:
For the ING Hartford Marathon and the Max's O'Hartford race: Bazu customer support directly by phone, 888-600-BAZU, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
For all other HMF events: Active.com customer support directly by phone, 877-228-4881, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Time.
