Course Limits
As a courtesy to the communities impacted by the races and the volunteers who serve, we have established Course Time Limits of 6 hours for the Marathon and 3 hours for the Half Marathon.
To finish within these time limits you must maintain a pace of approximately 13:30 minutes per mile. Official finishing times are recorded through 6 hours for the Marathon and 3 hours for the Half Marathon.
Along the Marathon and Half Marathon race courses, roads will reopen to traffic and water/aid stations will close down as the race moves by on a 13:30 minute per mile pace.
- Mile 1 - 7 of the marathon and half marathon will open for traffic at 9:30 am
- Mile 8 - 13 of the marathon and half marathon will open for traffic at 11:00 am
All runners running beyond Course Time Limits are doing so at their own risk. If you think your pace will be slower than a 13:30 minute mile pace, please be prepared and carry your own fluids and energy gel with you throughout the race.
We will stay at the finish line until the last runner crosses the line. All marathon and half marathon finishers will be awarded a finishers medal regardless of their finish time.
| ENTRY LIMITS |
The Marathon is limited to 3,500 runners.
The Half Marathon is limited to 7,000 runners.
The 5K limit is 2,500 runners.
