Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2012 ING Hartford Marathon. Volunteer sign-up is easy and fast. Before you proceed to volunteer registration, let us brief you on what you will see on the sign up page.

• All volunteer jobs are divided by date with the time commitment. Click through each job for a brief description.
• All volunteers receive a high quality, custom microfiber ING Hartford Marathon jacket (outdoor jobs) or long sleeved shirt (indoor jobs) which are issued at volunteer check-in.
• We provide refreshments and goodie bags to all volunteers.
• If you are volunteering as a member of a group, please make sure you select your group's volunteer area. This will place you with your group at their designated location.

Age Requirement:

The minimum age is 13.  Volunteers under age 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

The ING Hartford Marathon runs on volunteers.  It is a grassroots-led event staged by over 2,000 volunteers.
This is a wonderful opportunity for church groups, colleges, civic organizations and businesses to bring their people together in the spirit of team building and community support.
