Start Time:  10:00 AM

Start on Main Street in front of the Old State House running south. Right turn onto Buckingham Street. Right turn onto Washington Street. Left turn onto Capitol Avenue. Right turn onto Laurel Street. Right turn onto Farmington Avenue. Continue onto Asylum Avenue. Bear right onto Ford Street. Right onto Trinity Street to finish.

THE START

The start of the 5K is located on Main Street at the intersection of Pearl Street. Runners will access the start from one of 3 side streets. The street you use will depend on your projected finish time. This is a self -seeding process. Please be realistic. It is not fair nor safe if you line up in front of runners who are faster than you. You could get trampled and you will frustrate speedier runners. Remember: this is not about running a fast race. This is about showing support and compassion for our neighbors. Please let the compassion begin with your line-up.

WALKERS/ STROLLERS

All walkers and strollers will be directed to line up at the back of the start. No exceptions.

NOT ALLOWED

NO Dogs or Animals, bicycles, roller blades.
