The Ten Penny Ale Shamrock Duathlon is the 2013 NE Regional Duathlon Championship race and NE qualifier for the 2013 National Duathlon series.

The Ten Penny Ale Shamrock Duathlon is Connecticut's premier racing event. It consists of two 5K runs and an exhilarating 26K bicycle trek through the scenic New England backdrop of Glastonbury.
