The True Colors 5K is run through scenic Wickham Park in Manchester. The 2-loop course is a mixture of paved and dirt trails and open field running. Course design is similar to the certified course used for the annual Wickham Invitational, a regional cross country meet.

Water and portalets are available at mile 1.5 on the course and at the start and finish.
