USA Triathlon Rules
The race will be officiated by USA Triathlon. All rules will be enforced, especially, bar ends must be plugged. Any bike without bar ends plugged will not be allowed to race. Be prepared. Plugs are easy to get at your bike shop. As a participant, it is your responsibility to know the rules for an event sanctioned by USA Triathlon.

Is your bike in good working order? Too often athletes neglect the mechanical condition of their bike. They train and compete with low tire pressure, poor shifting, rubbing brakes, etc. These conditions cause flat tires, chain drops, inefficient pedaling and more.

Why not worry less and ride better by getting your bike tuned up? The cost… $60. The benefit… priceless. Make an appointment and we’ll get your bike back to you overnight. To encourage you we’ll give you a bottle of lube to take home and we’ll answer any questions you have so you can keep your bike in peak condition.

Good luck at the Tri!
