Training Programs



The Hartford Marathon Foundation offers training programs for runners and triathletes. Groups are open to all ages and fitness levels from beginners to experienced racers. Our training groups are held in Cheshire, Farmington, Glastonbury and Wilton. Participants can join in at any time.
All paid running programs include:
- Daily training schedule
- Dri-release training shirt
- Weekly workouts with leaders on measured routes
- Discounts to local businesses via an e-coupon
- Clinics and events with experts in the field (avoiding injury, gait analysis, strength training, nutrition, stretching, lower body alignment analyses, chiropractic)
- Weekly informative emails with relevant articles
- Camaraderie and companionship while you reach your goals!
- End of the season celebration on October 18th at Rooftop 120 in Glastonbury from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Our programs are led by certified coaches in their respective fields.
