Refund Policy

HMF REFUND POLICY Applies to all events:

• 45 days or More Prior to Race (choice of):
  • Transfer to another HMF race, minus $15.00 service fee.
  • Refund, minus $15.00 service fee.
• Between 45 & 8 Days Prior to Race:
  • Transfer to another HMF race minus $15.00 service fee.
• 7 Days or Less Prior to Race
  • NO REFUNDS/NO TRANSFERS

All Transfers expire 12 months after issue.

Each person requesting a refund/ transfer/ withdrawal will receive an email confirming the status of their transaction.
