Run With My Hero is looking for kids to run with their favorite hero. Who's a hero? It can be a dad, mom, aunt, uncle, teacher, police officer, firefighter, soldier, neighbor, local sports star, local celebrity, soldier, super hero or anyone else your child looks up to and admires.
We are inviting kids to let us know who their favorite hero is and we will invite them to run with us on Saturday, April 19. Let us know who to invite by answering the questions when you register online.
Runners and their families will enjoy the excitement of running in the stadium with heroes, players and mascots.
The event will be held rain or shine. |

Online registration closes at 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 8 a.m.

Run is appropriate for kids ages 2-11 |

Perks:
- The first 350 kids receive a t-shirt.
- Every child will receive a ticket to Rock Cats game against the Trenton Thunder at 6:35 p.m.
- Water and snacks will be provided for participants.

DEADLINE FOR RUN WITH MY HERO - Print, complete and mail or fax according to instructions on the form. Payment may be made by credit card or check (made payable to HMF). Paper copies must by postmarked or faxed by - Saturday, April 12, 2008.
In Person Registration and Packet Pickup

The entire run will be held in the New Britain Rock Cats Stadium.
All of the races will take place on the dirt warning track of the New Britain Rock Cat field. Parents will be allowed to cheer for their children from the stands. |

New Britain Rock Cats Stadium - Willow Brook Park:
From the West: Take 84 East to Exit 35 (Rt. 72E). Follow Rt. 72 to Rt. 9S. Take exit 25 (Ellis St.), turn left at light onto Ellis Street, then left at next light onto South Main Street. New Britain Stadium is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From the East: Take 84 West to Exit 39A (Rt. 9S). Take exit 25 (Ellis St.), turn left at light onto Ellis Street, then left at next light onto South Main Street. New Britain Stadium is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From the South: Take Rt. 91 North to Exit 22 (Rt. 9N). Follow Rt. 9N to Exit 24. Then take the first exit for Willowbrook Park / Rt. 71. New Britain Stadium will be right in front of you off the exit.
From the North: Take Rt. 91 South to Exit 22 (Rt. 9N). Follow Rt. 9N to Exit 24. Then take the first exit for Willowbrook Park / Rt. 71. New Britain Stadium will be right in front of you off the exit.
