The 5K Pumpkin Run offers fun for the whole family with contests, face painting, Halloween crafts, Kids Fun Run and more. The 5K race benefits the Youth & Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth, Inc., a non-profit agency providing clinical counseling, programs for youth development, and community education in substance abuse and parenting skills. |

DEADLINE FOR 5K PUMPKIN RUN - Print, complete and mail or fax according to instructions on the form. Payment may be made by credit card or check (made payable to HMF). Paper copies must by postmarked or faxed by Saturday, October 16, 2010.
In Person Registration and Packet Pickup:

All participants are encouraged to collect pledges for Youth & Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth, Inc. Raising pledges is optional and not required to participate.
In addition to the registering for the race, you can help those in need by collecting funds by asking your friends and family to sponsor you in the race via our online fundraising partner, Active Giving. Instructions on how to participate are included in the following bullets.
- Online Registrants: When you register, you will be asked a question about fundraising at the end of the registration process. Please answer "yes" and you will be automatically linked to Active Giving after checking out.
- If you already registered and opted out of fundraising but now want to be a fundraiser, simply click on the Active Giving Link below. Next; click on the button to BECOME A FUNDRAISER at the top of the page to start fundraising.
- Paper Registrants: Use the Active Giving link below if you are registered offline for the Pumpkin Run and want to fundraise online.

The Kids Fun Run will be held at 12:15 pm (45 minutes before the start of the 5K). Little Pumpkins ages 2 - 11 are welcome to participate in the ½ mile fun run. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and medal. The course for the Fun Run is in the school parking lot, directly across the street from the town green where the 5K starts. Entry fees are $10/child. Registration is available online and day-of at the event.
