Hartford Marathon Foundation has partnered with Clear Channel Radio to “team up” with the KISS 95.7 morning team and raise funds for local charities. Each DJ was challenged to determine a local charity that was close to his/her heart. We are pleased to announce Courtney’s charity is the Interval House, Brady's charity is Juvenile Diabetes and Wal-Mart Jeff’s charity is Cystic Fibrosis Foundation |
The DJs are competing to see which one can recruit the most people on his/her team. Runners and walkers participating in the 2010 Max O'Hartford 5K can join their favorite DJ from Kiss 95.7 and ESPN Radio 1410.
In addition, the DJs are also challenging members of their teams to make a donation to their selected charity. You can add a donation during the registration process (a donation is not required to join the team).
