Waiver Info

All participants who do not register online must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver.

If you registered by mail/fax and did not include a signed waiver, you must sign a waiver at packet pickup. You can save time by printing the waiver in advance.

Instructions for someone else picking up your packet:
If you designate another person to pick up your packet, your designee must bring a waiver /permission slip signed by you and a copy of your photo ID in order to obtain your packet.  The permission format is included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver.

All participants who do not register online for a HMF duathlon or triathlon event are required to sign a USA Triathlon Waiver Agreement at packet pickup.

ALL runners who own a USA Triathlon membership must also present their membership card at packet pick up - no exceptions.

Athletes may save time by printing the USAT Waiver PDF in advance and bring it to packet pickup. Download and pint the USAT Waiver PDF for your signature.

Instructions for someone else picking up your packet: 
Sorry - each participant in a duathlon or triathlon must pick up his/her own packet and show his/her photo ID and/or USAT membership card per USA T riathlon insurance regulations. 

The HMF Cancellation Policy is the same for all series events and the marathon. 
This includes transfers, redemption of certificates and applicable discounts.
