Kids Race Details Mascot Invitational
The Kids K races are appropriate for kids ages 2 – 11.
REGISTRATION:
You can register your child ONLINE until midnight on September 28, 2008 or register by mail/fax using the ENTRY FORM or on October 11 in Bushnell Park near the Kids K start line.
SPECIAL NOTE: Only the Kids K registration is in the park on race day. All other registration and packet pickup will be in the Hartford Convention Center (new location in 2008) for the 5K, Half Marathon, Relay and Marathon.
The entry fee is $8.00 per child. Every registered child will receive a Kids K t-shirt, a finisher’s medal and a goodie bag.

All events in the Kids K division begin at 9:30 a.m.
The Kids K has fun runs for children ages 2 to 11.
Children may choose a race distance of

The Kids K start and finish is located at the Marathon starting line on Elm Street at Bushnell Park. The entire course for the Kids K is on Elm Street around Bushnell Park.

Strollers are welcome but please line up at the back.
Parents may wait at the finish line for their child or feel free to run with them.

PRIZES:
As they pass the finish line, all participants will feel like a winner!
Finisher medals and tee shirts to all registered children.
Kids of all ages will love our Mascot Invitational! Don't miss this event featuring your favorite team mascots running for the finish line in a race all their own. All the mascots will be available for hugs and photos before and after the race too. Come cheer them on! Start time for the Invitational is 9:15 a.m.
The Kids K is sponsored by the Laborers Union, Local 230.
This wonderful organization has sponsored the Kids K since its inception in 1994!
