There are 4 Exchange Points: Shuttle Bus Transportation will be provided from Bushnell Park to and from the Exchange Points in East Hartford and South Windsor. There is no Shuttle Bus service between Exchange Point #1 and any other Exchange Point. There is no shuttle from South Windsor to East Hartford. The 1st Exchange Point is located just past the Old State House (Central Row/ State Street & Market Street in Hartford). NO TRANSPORTATION is available to the 1st Exchange Point. |
Leg 1 Runners will walk 4 blocks back to Bushnell Park from the Founders Bridge.
Leg 2 Runners will walk 4 blocks from the northeast corner of Bushnell Park to Exchange Point #1.
Water and Port-O-Lets will be provided near all Exchange Points.
TEAM RELAY SHUTTLE BUSES TO EXCHANGE POINTS
Location: Jewell Street/Ann Street across from Bushnell Park. No shuttle from South Windsor to East Hartford.
TEAM RELAY SHUTTLE – provided for runners doing leg 3, 4 or 5 of the relay.

Shuttle Buses - All shuttle buses will leave from the corner of Ann & Jewell Streets near the Northwest corner of Bushnell Park – across from the Carousel facing Jewell Street). Runners who miss their bus will be responsible for providing their own transportation to the Exchange Points in East Hartford and South Windsor.
There will be only one (1) bus to Exchange Point #2
departing from the corner of Ann & Jewell Streets at 7:20 am

Buses leave Bushnell Park for Exchange Points #3-4 in South Windsor: 7:40 AM
Buses leave Exchange Point #2 in East Hartford to return to Bushnell Park: 9:30 AM
