  • Admission to the Expo is free and open to the public. 
  • Only location to pick up your race packet
  • Only location and dates to register for the races

    HEALTH & FITNESS OPPORTUNITIES
    The CT Chapter of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) will be offering 30 minute massages at $25 and 60 minute massages at $50 by appointment at the Health and Fitness Expo in the XL Center.
    Appointments will be accepted for
    • Thursday, Oct. 7 from 3 - 7 pm
    • Friday, Oct. 8 from 10 am - 7 pm 
    		Schedule a massage before race day
    Appointments should be made by Wednesday, October 6 by sending an email to richard.testa@snet.net   Walk-Ins will be accommodated as space allows.  Payment is cash or check (made out to cash) at time of service. 


    Free Osteoporosis Screening     – by Radiology Associates of Hartford, PC. - during Expo hours.  Osteoporosis - the “silent disease” – you won’t know you have it until you break a bone. Screenings are fast and will only take minutes. Please stop by our booth.
