HMF REFUND POLICY
Applies to all events
- 45 days or More Prior to Race (choice of):
- Transfer to another HMF race, minus $15.00 service fee.
- Refund, minus $15.00 service fee.
- 45 Days or Less Prior to Race:
- Transfer to another HMF race minus $15.00 service fee.
- 7 Days or Less Prior to Race
Note: All transfers expire 12 months after issue.
In addition to the $15 service fee, there may be a charge for any difference in the entry fee on any change to your entry. The difference must be paid when the change is requested to complete the transfer.
| STEPS TO REQUEST A REFUND OR TRANSFER |
If you are requesting a refund or transfer, it must include the following information:
- Your full name
- Name of the race entered
- Reason for refund or transfer
- Daytime phone number (in case clarification is needed)

Each person requesting a refund/ transfer/ withdrawal will receive an email confirming the status of their transaction (providing an email address is on file). During race season, please allow 3-weeks for your request to be processed.

After September 29, 2008, any changes/corrections/switches must be made at packet pickup at the Solutions/Changes Table. Your race number contains a label with your registration information. Please verify the information and confirm spelling.
Corrections will be made before race results are published.
Only one discount may be used for an entry. For example, a UTC employee discount cannot be combined with an Early Bird Discount.

A merchandise gift certificate may not be applied toward race registration fees.
