CONFIRMATION SEARCH FOR ING HARTFORD MARATHON
Participants who enter online receive an email confirmation when their transaction is successfully completed and may use the Online Confirmation Search immediately to view your own name or find a friend.
Participants who enter by mail or fax will need to wait for the posting cycle to use the Online Confirmation Search. No written confirmation is sent in advance of the Express Pass if you register by mail or fax.
Offline paper entries can be confirmed online
- please allow three weeks for processing.
Participants will be able to search online for their Express Pass number after October 3.

I registered online. How do I know I am entered in the race?
You should see a confirmation statement upon completing the online registration check out process. You should also receive an email confirmation almost instantaneously from Active.com Note: This is not your official registration confirmation. Please confirm your registration online upon registering (use the arrow above). Do not assume you are registered until you confirm your registration.
If you registered online and your name does not appear in the online confirmation tool, please call Active.com (our online registration supplier) at 888.543.7223 and speak to a customer service representative.
If your personal information is listed incorrectly in the online confirmation tool, please email registration@hartfordmarathon.com and our staff will assist you.
I mailed/faxed in my registration form.
How do I know I am entered in the race?
If you mailed in your registration form, you can confirm your entry online after 14 business days. Please confirm your registration online (use the arrow above) after the waiting period. Do not assume you are registered until you confirm your registration.
