| LOOKING FOR YOUR EXPRESS PASS? |
Each entrant will receive a personalized Express Pass to expedite packet pickup. The Express Pass confirms your entry and includes your assigned bib number. Express Passes are issued by email seven days before the Marathon.
The office has no control on the delivery of the Express Pass sent to invalid, closed email addresses or any opt-out of our email distribution list. If you changed your email address after registering for this year's event, kindly send an email to registration@hartfordmarathon.com to update your contact information.

If you lose or forget to bring your Express Pass to packet pickup and don't remember your assigned bib number, you can your bib number in person at the kiosk desk in the main entrance. All packets are organized by event and then by bib number. |

| REGISTRATION CHANGES/ CORRECTIONS/ SWITCHES |
After September 26, any changes/corrections/switches must be made at packet pickup at the Fix It Desk. Your race number contains a label with your registration information. Please verify the information on the label. Visit the Fix It Desk for any of the following:
- Spelling corrections on your name, address or city
- Your age is recorded incorrectly
- You want to switch to a different division
Corrections will be made before race results are published.
