Express Pass

We Make it EASY in Hartford - Save Your Energy for The Race!

Each entrant will receive a personalized Express Pass to expedite packet pickup.  The Express Pass confirms your entry and includes your assigned bib number. Express Passes are issued by email nine days before the Marathon. 

The office has no control on the delivery of the Express Pass sent to invalid or closed email addresses.  If you changed your email address after registering for this year's event, kindly send an email to registration@hartfordmarathon.com to update your contact information. 

Any registrations received (by mail/ fax/ online) after 8am on September 29, 2008 will not be sent an Express Pass. 

If you lose or forget to bring your Express Pass to packet pickup and don't remember your assigned bib number, you can also look up your bib number in person. All packets are organized by event and then by bib number.

After September 29, any changes/corrections/switches must be made at packet pickup at the Fix It Desk.  Your race number contains a label with your registration information.  Please verify the information on the label.  Visit the Fix It Desk for any of the following:

• Spelling corrections on your name, address or city
• Your age is recorded incorrectly
• A personal chip number is inaccurate
• You want to switch to a different division

Corrections will be made before race results are published.

Race packets, race numbers, Champion Chips and tee shirts will NOT be mailed.
All runners must pick up race number, ChampionChip, shirt and race packet at one of the packet pickup locations: Wednesday, October 8, 2008  5 pm - 8 pm Dick's Sporting Goods Buckland Hills Mall Friday, October 10, 2008 11 am – 8 pm Health & Fitness Expo  XL Center (formerly the Hartford Civic Center) - directions Race Day, October 11, 2008 6 am – 7:45 am  XL Center - (formerly the Hartford Civic Center)
