In-Person Late registration and Packet Pickup (including shirt, race bib, timing chip and goodie bag) is available:
- Wednesday, October 8 (5pm - 8pm)
Location: Dick's Sporting Goods, Buckland Mall, Manchester
- Friday, October 10 (11am - 7pm)
Location: Health & Fitness Expo in the
XL Center (formerly the Hartford Civic Center) - directions
- Saturday, October 11 (6 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.)

Race Day walk-in registration and packet pick-up is in the XL Center (formerly the Hartford Civic Center) - no registration services in Bushnell Park on race morning.
Plan to arrive early at the XL Center located a short two blocks north of Bushnell Park.
Need to get oriented - the Hartford Parking Map provides a visual of both the XL Center and Bushnell Park. |

SPECIAL NOTES:
Race packets, race numbers, Champion Chips and tee shirts will NOT be mailed.
All runners must sign a waiver, pick up race number, ChampionChip, shirt and race packet at any of the above locations.
After packet pickup, warm up as you head to Bushnell Park for the start of the race. |

You must be able to complete the Marathon in 6 hours or less. |

You must be at least 16 years of age on race day to enter the Marathon. |

You must be 12 years of age on race day to enter the Half Marathon. |

There is no minimum age requirement for members of a Relay Team. |

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form. |

 In order to meet your needs, we will allow someone else to pick up your race packet provided the following are presented:
- Signed Waiver Form (PDF download) completed by you
- Copy of your photo identification

RELAY TEAMS - Please follow the above instructions to pick up someone else’s packet.
The first team member who picks up will need to bring a signed waiver form and a photo copy id for each team member in order to receive the entire team package. It is up to the team to distribute the bibs to each team member. The registration desk will not split up the set. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are adding a member to your relay team who is not coming in person to packet pickup, you will need to bring a completed application form, a signed copy of the waiver form and a copy of his/her photo ID.

EXPRESS PASS - All registrants as of September 29, 2008 will receive a Confirmation and Express Pass. Registrants with a valid email address will receive an Express Pass nine days before the event.. The Express Pass will provide assigned bib number and expedite your packet pickup. Read more details on the Express Pass if you do not receive an email.
