All participants who do not register online must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form.
Save time at packet pickup by downloading the Running Event Waiver PDF, complete it and mail with the paper entry.
If you designate another person to pick up your packet for any of the marathon events, please do the following:
- your designee must bring a waiver/permission slip signed by you - The permission format is included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver.
- a copy of your photo I.D. in order to obtain your packet.
If you registered by mail/fax and did not include a signed waiver, you must sign a waiver at packet pickup. You can save time by printing the waiver in advance.

Remember - No signature = No entry.
