Join Donny Marshall at the 2023 “Donny’s Dash” 5K Run and Walk at Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center.

Enjoy an inspiring fall race through the picture-perfect Farmington River Valley, featuring a 5K and an entertaining post event celebration to cap off the day.

Donny’s Dash 5K welcomes participants of all abilities, ages and fitness levels to run or walk with free kids & youth runs, a variety of fitness activities, healthy snacks, giveaways and entertainment. Please note, the 5 mile distance option has been cancelled due to low interest in consideration of road closure requirements.
