DEADLINES & CAPACITY

No race day registration. Registration will close at the end of day, Friday, November 12 (or when race sells out).

To safely follow social distance protocols and state guidelines, the races will be capped. First-come, first-served.

FEES

Registration for any Hartford Marathon Foundation (HMF) event is non-refundable. However, if registered for an event and unable to participate, registrants may defer entry for credit to a future event (deferment must be made no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer the registration directly to another runner.

Note – due to the limited capacity for the event and additional resources required to execute safety measures, there will be no discounted pricing offered for groups.

PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Friday Before Race: TBD
Day Before Race: 2:00 – 4:00 PM – Olde Mistick Village
Race Day: 6:30 – 7:30 AM – Olde Mistick Village

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring a hard copy of this signed waiver/permission slip (included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver) and a copy of runner’s photo ID. Photocopies or phone pictures of photo ID will be accepted.

WHILE YOU ARE HERE…

The food donation drive is supported by Stop & Shop and your donation will help the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center, which serves the needy in New London county.

MAIL MY PACKET OPTION

For the convenience of runners who plan to come to Mystic on race day only, the mail packet option is available during online registration for $18 per packet and must be reserved by October 24, 2021. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to complete the 10K in 1 hour and 30 minutes or less.
At least 12 years of age on race day to enter the Virtual Half Marathon.
At least 9 years of age on race day to enter the 10K.

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.
