Below information pertains to the in-person half marathon & 10K races ONLY:

SHORELINE CHALLENGE

Soak in scenic shoreline runs with a combo of the best coastal races around! Register for your distance of choice at each of the following three events to be rewarded with the Shoreline Challenge medal upon completion in September:

Registration can be done for the three separate events/distances of choice within any one of these event registration processes. Online registration remains open until 30 minutes before race start (or race sells out).

FEES

Refund Protection available for purchase at the time of registration only. Registrants may also defer entry for credit to a future HMF event (no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer registration directly to another participant. Read the details on updated policies HERE

HMF virtual events give participants the flexibility to participate when and where it is convenient. As such, there are no refunds and no deferments for virtual events. For complete details on HMF deferments/transfers and all policies, click here.

PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Show your Check-in Pass at packet pickup to speed up the process. Download your Check-in Pass onto your phone within your participant account.

Credit Cards and Apple Pay accepted for race day race registration and event merchandise. No cash.

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring or show a copy of this signed waiver/permission slip. Photocopies or phone pictures of the form will be accepted.

RUN FOR GOOD

The Rotary Club of Mystic proudly directs sponsorship efforts and a donation drive around the Mystic Half Marathon & 10K as its largest fundraiser for local scholarships. The Rotary Club is dedicated to making a positive impact on the greater Mystic area through an annual scholarship program, local grants and international efforts.

MAIL MY PACKET:
For the convenience of runners who plan to come to Mystic on race day only, the mail packet option is available during online registration for $20 per packet and must be reserved by Sunday, April 28, 2024. To add Mail My Packet separate from online registration, click here to access your Participant Account.

Please update address changes in your Participant Account by Sunday, April 28, 2024 to avoid difficulty receiving race packet by mail. To access your Participant Account, click here.

PERSONALIZED BIB:
Have your first name printed on your race bib by purchasing the Personalized Bib product available during registration for $10. This must be purchased by March 24, 2024. Please note, your bib will be available for pickup at the race packet pickup(s).

MAIL MY PACKET & PERSONALIZED BIB:
Do you want to have your race packet mailed to you along with a personalized race bib with your first name on it? Purchase the Mail My Packet with Personalized bib product available during registration for $27 by March 24, 2024. ITAB PERSONALIZED MEDAL PLATE:
An iTAB lets you personalize your race medal with your name and finish time. The special, personalized plate slides onto your finisher medal’s ribbon. It helps you remember your race day for years to come. More Information

RACE PHOTOS:
FinisherPix is the official photographer at the Mystic Half Marathon & 10K. 24-48h after the race, you can view and order your personal race photos. Save money by pre-ordering your photos during the registration process or after you’ve registered through your Participant Account, click here to access.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

At least 12 years of age on race day to enter the Half Marathon (virtual or in person).
At least 9 years of age on race day to enter the 10K (virtual or in-person).

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.

HMF has emergency texting services in place to be used ONLY in situations such as event delays, cancellations or other emergencies. If we have last-minute event changes, we will text pertinent instructions/updates. NOTE: We never use this information for marketing or solicitation.
