FLEET FEET NO BOUNDARIES 5K
Come see how Running Changes Everything! Train for the HMF O’Hartford 5K on Sunday, March 22. This 5K training program is geared towards beginners and offers three options: all-walk, walk/run intervals and all-run. You can switch groups depending on how you feel each Saturday. Energetic coaches will join you during the run and cheer you on every step of the way!
Program Start: Intro/Welcome Session for first time participants: Saturday, January 18 at 8 AM.
First Official Practice: Saturday, January 18 at 9 AM.
Program Schedule: 10-weeks.
SUDOR TAINO TRIBE RUNNER 5K and 13.1 PROGRAM
Get ready for your next half-marathon with the Tribe Runner 13.1 Program at Sudor Taino. Using a strategic step-by-step process, their expert coaches will be there to guide you every step of the way!
These sessions follow a training plan and can include:
- Coached group runs with planned routes, hydration and companionship
- Minimum 5 times per week customized training plan
- Customized running exercise/stretching
- Targeted resistance training
- Community Runs
