GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS

FLEET FEET WALKCREW

Program Begins: March 20 @ 9:00 AM at Select Physical Therapy, 29 North Main Street, West Hartford.

WalkCrew is a 8 week program for anyone who wants to be active and get fit through walking. This is a perfect start for the beginner exerciser and a great option for the advanced walker. We will walk together for a minimum of 30 minutes around West Hartford Center and surrounding area. Parents with strollers are welcome.

FLEET FEET NO BOUNDARIES

Couch to 5K, Fast 5K, and 5 Mile Programs

Programs Begins: SATURDAY, February 13 @ 8:30 AM at Fleet Feet, West Hartford.

Fleet Feet is excited to bring a small sense of normalcy to our running routine through our popular 5K & 5 Mile 9 week training programs in a socially responsible way.

The Couch to 5K program is designed to help get you from the couch to the finish line! This program will utilize run/walk intervals though you are welcome to do “all-run” too if you’d to challenge yourself even more. The Fast 5K is designed for those who can currently run 3 miles and want to get faster – whether that’s a 6:00 mile or an 11:00 mile. The 5 Mile program is for runners who have recently run 3 miles and would like to increase their distance.

FLEET FEET HALF MARATHON TRAINING

Program Begins: SATURDAY, March 13 @ 8:00 AM at Fleet Feet, West Hartford.

Fleet Feet is excited to bring a small sense of normalcy to our running routine with this socially responsible training program for a spring half marathon.

Goal Race: UCONN Health Half Marathon on June 5

This 13 week program is open to first-time and repeat half marathoners, but it is not appropriate for the new runner who cannot run 7 miles at a minimum of a 12:00 pace before our first practice.
