The community tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in a 5K and 10K road race for all ages and abilities.The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.

Spring Shoreline Challenge: A twist on the popular race series, the new multi-race challenge explores three beautiful race courses in participants’ distance of choice through the spring! Sign up for any distance at the Rocky Neck Runfest in April, the Mystic Half Marathon & 10K in May and then at the L+M Hospital Summer Stride 5K & 10K in June.
