5K

Redesigned in 2024: This 5K route starts and finishes near the First Tee Building at the TPC River Highlands. The course begins with a rolling loop around the TPC River Highlands practice facility before heading out and back through quiet Cromwell neighborhoods and along the picturesque fairways of the legendary TPC River Highlands golf course.

RACE START

The 5K will start in the same location as the Fitness Walk on the service road (Travelers Championship Drive), adjacent to the First Tee driveway and will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing. Both the 5K and Fitness Walk will travel together for the first mile.

This event is timed by Bay State Race Services and uses the B-Tag timing system (timing chip is attached to the back of the race bib). Please wear the race bib on the front of the shirt.

NOT ALLOWED ON THE COURSE

No dogs (service dogs must be identified as such at all times). No unregistered runners or walkers. Headphones discouraged. No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, or motorized vehicles.

While we do allow baby jogger/strollers in this event, participants must follow the stroller policy detailed HERE.
