HMF FITKIDS

The HMF FitKids program is designed to inspire an interest in running among children aged two through eleven and is supported through the generosity of Dr. Susan Beris, a Southbury pediatrician.

DESCRIPTION

All FitKids runs at the MOVE! event are FREE. Parents/escorts accompanying their children may run for free. All children must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian to participate. Waivers are signed during the registration process. Register online using the button above or register in person on race day.

All participants receive a finisher’s medal.

LOCATION

Inside Keney Park on the athletic fields, adjacent to the pre/post-race area.

DISTANCES OFFERED

¼ Mile & ½ Mile

Children should run in the distance most appropriate to their age (click here for age/distance chart).
