CLAIM YOUR AWARD

Runners who placed as Overall Winners or Top 3 in their Division and did not collect their award at the race have three options:

  1. Pick up award at the Hartford Marathon Foundation office (351 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06118). Please allow at least 2 business days after the event to ensure awards have been unpacked and call the main line (860-652-8866) prior to arrival to ensure an HMF staff member is onsite. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm and we often close early to prepare for events.
  2. Have it shipped for a standard shipping fee of $8. Please send a check made out to the Hartford Marathon Foundation and include your name, event and mailing address. The award will be sent upon receipt of shipping payment.

  3. Pick up award at your next HMF Race (excluding the Eversource Hartford Marathon). Email nancy@hartfordmarathon.com to make arrangements to pick up your award at the Volunteer Tent.
