Pre/post race activities, as well as the transition area, and finish line will all take place in McCook Beach Park, Niantic, Connecticut – the swim will start at the adjacent Hole In The Wall Beach.

PARKING:

• St John’s Church: 400 Main Street, Niantic, CT 06357
  • Your parking fee is included in your race entry but a donation to the church is very much appreciated and will further their Community Outreach programming. Donations collected on site.

Note: NO PARKING at McCook Beach Park

6:00 AM: Body Marking Station Opens
6:00 AM: Transition Opens
7:15 AM: Transition Closes

RACE START (Hole in the Wall Beach):
7:20 AM: Pre-Race Safety Meeting
7:30 AM: First Wave Start

COURSE:
8:20 AM: Swim Course Closes
9:30 AM: Bike Course Closes
10:15 AM: Run Course Closes

POST RACE PARTY:
8:30 AM – 10:15 AM: McCook Beach Park, Niantic

• 9:30 AM: Anticipated Award Ceremony
