DEADLINES

Online registration remains open until 30 minutes before race start (or race sells out).
In-person registration is available at packet pickup.
Paper registration must be postmarked or faxed at least three weeks prior to race day.

Registration for any Hartford Marathon Foundation (HMF) event is non-refundable. However, if registered for an event and unable to participate, registrants may defer entry for credit to a future event (deferment must be made no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer the registration directly to another runner. HMF virtual events give participants the flexibility to participate when and where it is convenient. As such, there are no refunds and no deferments for virtual events. PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Race Day: 8:00 – 9:30 AM, Kelly Middle School, Norwich, CT

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring a hard copy of this signed waiver/permission slip (included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver) and a copy of runner’s photo ID. Photocopies or phone pictures of photo ID will be accepted.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.
