All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring a hard copy of this signed waiver/permission slip (included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver) and a copy of runner’s photo ID. Photocopies or phone pictures of photo ID will be accepted.

When you lay out your race gear, please add school supply donations (pencils, pens, folders, notebooks, etc.) for Noah Webster Magnet School in Hartford in honor of Katy Guidone, a dedicated teacher, HMF participant and volunteer who will be dearly missed at O’Hartford.
Your donations will be collected at the HMF CAN tent located next to the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent.
