DEADLINES

Online registration remains open until 30 minutes before race start (or race sells out).
In-person registration is available at packet pickup.
Paper registration must be postmarked or faxed at least three weeks prior to race day.

Registration for any Hartford Marathon Foundation (HMF) event is non-refundable. However, if registered for an event and unable to participate, registrants may defer entry for credit to a future event (deferment must be made no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer the registration directly to another runner.

HMF virtual events give participants the flexibility to participate when and where it is convenient. As such, there are no refunds and no deferments for virtual events. For complete details on HMF deferments/transfers and all policies, click here.

Note – due to the limited capacity for the event and additional resources required to execute safety measures, there will be no discounted pricing offered for youth or groups.

PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Race Day: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Dillon Stadium

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring a hard copy of this signed waiver/permission slip (included at the bottom of the Running Event Waiver) and a copy of runner’s photo ID. Photocopies or phone pictures of photo ID will be accepted.

GIVE BACK: SCHOOL SUPPLIES

When you lay out your race gear, please add school supply donations for Noah Webster Magnet School in Hartford in honor of Katy Guidone, a dedicated teacher, HMF participant and volunteer who will be dearly missed at O’Hartford. Suggested items are: composition notebooks, pencils, Expo markers, Ziploc bags, Clorox wipes, tissues, colored pencils and markers.

Your donations will be collected at the HMF CAN tent located next to the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent.

BIB MAILING

Bibs will be mailed to all participants that register by March 8, 2020. Participants must show race bib to pick up their swag on race day.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.
