Let local craft breweries inspire a new spring race tradition! Kicking off on National Beer Day, April 7, the HMF Pour Tour rewards your racing with an actual ice cold beer at the end! Choose to bundle three race distances to experience the whole tour and earn a beverage from each brewery, OR, choose one race distance (or favorite local brewery to celebrate at!).

Urban Lodge Brewing Co 5K, Kinsmen Brewing Company 5 Mile, Hog River Brewing 10K and the whole HMF Pour Tour are registration options available. A complimentary beverage will be provided by the respective brewery race you register for, or all three in the tour.

Must be 21+ years old to enter. Registration fee is $15 per participant/race, or $45 for the entire HMF Pour Tour 3-distance option (including shirt).

This event gives participants the flexibility to participate when and where it is convenient. As such, there are no refunds and no deferments for virtual events.


All registered participants will earn a celebratory beer voucher for a REAL beer, redeemable in-person at each respective race’s brewery. To earn your celebratory beer(s), simply run or walk during the race window, submit your activity into your participant account, then print or show the brewery the automated email you receive with your ID – must be redeemed by April 30. Each participant that registers for the whole HMF Pour Tour (all three distances) will receive this exclusive short sleeve soft cotton/poly race shirt. All shirts will be mailed out at the conclusion of the event.


Participants will be timed and measured using their own timing device. To make your race official, submit a run or walk through your haku participant account between 12:00 AM on Wednesday, April 7th and 11:59 PM on Monday, April 19th using one of the two following options:

  • OPTION 1 /// ADD FROM WEARABLE – Sync a compatible wearable device prior to mileage-based activity. Results will be uploaded to your haku results platform once your watch resyncs to your application. Once your device syncs, select the activity to submit for results.

How do I get my celebratory beer(s)?

It’s easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Register for the race of your choice or all three!
  2. Run or walk anytime between April 7 and April 18.
  3. Submit your activity into your haku participant account (you must submit an activity to receive the automated email with beer coupon)
  4. Check your email for your automated celebratory beer voucher, delivered shortly after you submit an activity.
  5. Head to the brewery before April 30, 2021, show them your email (printed or on mobile device), and enjoy!

Do I still get my beer, even if I don’t run?

To receive your celebratory beer voucher email, you must submit your completed activity into your haku participant account.

What is a virtual race?

A virtual race is an alternative race experience that allows runners the freedom and flexibility to take part in a race from wherever they’d like. Simply register online, run or walk the race distance, then upload your finish time to compare it to others.

When do I participate and how does the race get timed?

You must run or walk your race between 12:00 AM on Wednesday, April 7th and 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 18th and must be submitted through your haku participant account by 11:59 PM on Monday, April 19th.

All race options will be timed and measured using your own timing device.
