ONLINE REGISTRATION HELP

If you are having trouble registering online and need immediate assistance, you may contact Chronotrack.com customer support directly by phone, 888-600-2298, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. Or, you may send an email to registration@hartfordmarathon.com and a staff person will provide assistance by reply email.

CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION

Athletes can view any upcoming or past HMF events they have registered for through ChronoTrack. To access, please click here and input the email address used at the time of registration. Once logged-in, view all upcoming events currently signed up for, view receipts, and, if applicable, change races and manage or view teams.

Note:
For runners who did not create an account at the time of registration, simply click “Forgot Password”, type in email used at registration and follow the instructions to set a password.

If registered and not on the list, email registration@hartfordmarathon.com.

Paper applicants do not receive email confirmations and may be delayed for up to 2 weeks to be entered into the database.
