START WAVES WINDOWS:
Start wave windows are designed to allow on-site event participation while adhering to state guidelines on outdoor event capacities. Registrants must select a start wave window during the registration process, and each wave will be limited to 150 runners. On race day, participants may start ANYTIME during the selected 60 minute start wave window. (Example: Start wave selection: 7:00 am. Runners may start anytime 7:00 am – 7:59 am).

Start waves will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Start waves available: 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 10:00 AM

Start waves can be changed while space is allowed up until Friday, August 14. Email support@hakusports.com to make a change.

SOCIAL DISTANCE RACE START WAVE:
To adhere to state and federal guidelines, all participants are required to maintain 6 feet of separation between them and another participant outside of their family/party at all times. There will be no formal race start announcements for each wave, once participants arrive for their selected window and are ready to start, just cross the timing mats anytime during the 60 minute window. Please do not crowd the start or any other spaces, all waves will have timing mats at the start and finish of the race, and all results (overall and divisions) will be calculated using net time, there is no gun time.
