Colder temps and snow will be arriving soon. While training on a treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike all help maintain your fitness level, workouts can get boring. Get outside and beat the boredom by adding hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating to your weekly workouts.
