Join Miles to get moving and motivated with weekly activities, videos and a walk/run program for kids (and adults).

ACTIVITIES WITH MILES

These activities are designed for young children but parents and older children can join in the fun too! Each week’s activities will occupy kids for 30 minutes a day which includes warm-up and cool-down exercises. Finish the week with a Friday Dance Party!
