DEADLINES & CAPACITY

Online registration remains open until 45 minutes before race start (or race sells out).

In-person registration is available at packet pickup.

Due to parking limitations and to safely accommodate participants on the trail, the total number participants will be capped at 1000. First come, first served.

Refund Protection available for purchase at the time of registration only. Registrants may also defer entry for credit to a future HMF event (no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer registration directly to another participant. Read the details on updated policies HERE

*Refund Protection is unavailable with challenge bundle registration. To purchase this protection, register individually for each event.

PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Show your Check-in Pass at packet pickup to speed up the process. Download your Check-in Pass onto your phone within your participant account.

Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted for race day race registration and event merchandise. No cash.


Race Day: 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM, Union Station, Railroad Avenue, Northampton

  • Bib Only (long sleeve technical race shirts available for pick up after the race)

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring or show a copy of this signed waiver/permission slip. Photocopies or phone pictures of the form will be accepted.

BIB MAILING

Bibs will be mailed to all participants that register by Sunday, October 29, 2023. If you are participating in the relay, the team captain will receive both race bibs in the mail. Participants must show their race bib to ride the shuttle to race start.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day to enter the 10 Mile & Team Relay.

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up a race packet.
