The beloved annual tradition is back, celebrating the strength and achievements of an all-female field. The Women’s Triathlon is a sprint distance tri catering to women of all abilities and ages in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. Great for both beginners and experienced triathletes, the course takes participants through a 1/2 mile swim in Dunning Lake at Winding Trails, a 12 mile bike ride through the quiet roads of Farmington and Avon and a flat 5K run on the shaded, wide dirt trails in Winding Trails to finish.

All participants earn a high quality short sleeve technical shirt and a spectacular custom finisher medal.
