DEADLINES

Registration available at packet pickup (day before race and race day). Online registration closes at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 (or when race sells out).

To safely follow social distance protocols and state guidelines, the race will be capped at 300 participants. First-come, first-served.

Registration for any Hartford Marathon Foundation (HMF) event is non-refundable. However, if registered for an event and unable to participate, registrants may defer entry for credit to a future event (deferment must be made no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer the registration directly to another runner.

Note – due to the limited capacity for the event and additional resources required to execute safety measures, there will be no discounted pricing offered for youth or groups..

PACKET PICKUP

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Day Before Race: 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Glastonbury Green (across the street from Cycling Concepts), Main Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033

• T-Shirt Pick up at Cycling Concepts, 2343 Main Street, Glastonbury, CT
• USAT Official, Bob Betts will be available for Q&A

Race Day: 6:00 – 7:00 AM, Winding Trails, Farmington, CT

Every participant must:

• Present a valid photo ID and their USAT membership card (if applicable) at Packet Pickup. Due to USAT restrictions, no one may pick up another person’s race packet.
• Sign a USAT waiver on site. Save yourself some time at Packet Pickup and bring the USAT waiver already signed.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to complete the Triathlon in 2:50 or less.

USA Triathlon Membership
The Women’s Triathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. In order to participate, individual and relay participants are required to be a member. USAT 1-Day membership – $15, USAT Annual memberships – $50.

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.
