For over 45 years, Reliance Health has helped people positively progress in their lives by offering a variety of recovery-oriented services such as homeless outreach and engagement, individual and group therapy, medication management, supportive housing, residential supervised housing, social rehabilitation services, employment and education supports, service coordination, transportation and supported living.
