HMF CAN: Please give back to the local community by donating household cleaning supplies or personal hygiene products for the Reliance Health Care Cabinet. The Care Cabinet is a community-driven initiative dedicated to supporting individuals in need by providing essential hygiene products that are not covered by SNAP benefits. From toothpaste and deodorant to feminine hygiene items and shampoo, the Care Cabinet ensures that individuals we serve have access to the basic necessities that promote dignity, health, and well-being. Through generous donations and local partnerships, this program helps bridge the gap for individuals facing financial hardship, offering a compassionate hand when it’s needed most.
Reliance Health, Inc. is a non-profit community mental health agency with a mission to enhance health through mental wellness. They serve over 1,000 adults annually through 30+ programs with the compassion and dedication of 300 employees. For over 45 years, Reliance Health has helped people positively progress in their lives by offering a variety of recovery-oriented services such as homeless outreach and engagement, individual and group therapy, medication management, supportive housing, residential supervised housing, social rehabilitation services, employment and education supports, service coordination, transportation and supported living. Reliance Health is an integral part of the community network of service providers and community stakeholders whose purpose is to collaborate for the purpose of building a cohesive community.
