Welcome to the Rocky Neck Runfest! Pre/post race activities, the exchange area, both the road and trail courses, as well as the finish line will all take place inside the limits of Rocky Neck State Park, Niantic, Connecticut.

PARKING:
Athlete parking is available at Rocky Neck State Park: 244 West Main Street (Route 156), Niantic (East Lyme), Connecticut 06357

NOTE: All participants are required to arrive prior to 7:45 AM. The main (and only) roadway in and out of Rocky Neck State Park will be closed to vehicle traffic between 7:45 AM and 9 AM.

RACE START TIME:
8:00 AM: 30K Team Relay & Individuals
8:15 AM: Rocky Neck Trail 5K
8:25 AM: Rocky Neck Road 5K

PRE & POST RACE PARTY:
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Rocky Neck State Park, East Lyme, Connecticut

• 7:00 AM: Hydration Station (Water & UCAN Hydration)
• 9:00 AM: Athlete Food Tent
• 9:30 AM: Road & Trail 5K Award Ceremony
• 11:30 AM: 30K Team & Individuals Award Ceremony
