DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Welcome to the Rocky Neck Runfest! Pre/post race activities, the exchange area, both the road and trail courses, as well as the finish line will all take place inside the limits of Rocky Neck State Park, Niantic, Connecticut.

Athlete parking is available at Rocky Neck State Park: 244 West Main Street (Route 156), Niantic (East Lyme), Connecticut 06357

All participants are required to arrive prior to 7:45 AM. The main (and only) roadway in and out of Rocky Neck State Park will be closed to vehicle traffic between 7:45 AM and 9 AM.

8:00 AM: 30K Team Relay & Individuals
8:15 AM: Rocky Neck Trail 5K
8:30 AM: Rocky Neck Road 5K

FOOD & FUEL:
7:00 AM: Hydration Station

9:00 AM: Athlete Food Tent

• Grab & Go Snack: Bananas, Bakery On Main Granola and other quick and easy bites to keep you fueled during the race
• bRUNch Tent: You can’t spell “brunch” without “run”! Enjoy a delicious spread of hot food served up fresh on site from Flanders Fish Market

POST RACE PARTY:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM:

• Celebrate your amazing accomplishments together with music.

9:30 AM: Road & Trail 5K Award Ceremony
12:00 PM: 30K Team & Individuals Award Ceremony
