HMF Events are professionally organized to provide safe, well-supported races including medical personnel and safety services. In addition, registered participants will receive the following swag and race perks:

  • 30K Teams & 30K Individuals receive:
    • Personalized Race Bib with your name (if registered by March 3, 2025)
    • Custom keepsake photo of you (and your team) compliments of FinisherPix
      • Free photo link will be emailed directly to finishers following the race
      • 24-48 hours after the race you can view the full gallery and purchase additional photos
  • All participants will receive:
    • Technical long sleeve shirt
      • Register by March 25, 2025, to guarantee size, first come, first serve after this date

Refund Protection available for purchase at the time of registration only. Registrants may also defer entry for credit to a future HMF event (no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer registration directly to another participant up to 7 days before race day.

PACKET PICKUP

Online registration remains open until 30 minutes before race start (or race sells out). Register online and speed up bib pickup by downloading your Check-in Pass from your participant account to your phone before you get in line.

Team Captain or designee will pick up Race Bibs & Shirts for the entire team.

In-person registration is available at packet pickup if the race is not at capacity. Credit Cards and Apple Pay accepted for race registration and event merchandise. No cash.

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring or show a copy of this signed waiver/permission slip. Photocopies or phone pictures of the form will be accepted.

SHORELINE CHALLENGE

A twist on the popular race series, the 2025 challenge explores three beautiful race courses in participants’ distance of choice! Soak in scenic shoreline runs with a combo of the best coastal races around and be rewarded with the Shoreline Challenge medal upon completion in September:

Registration can be done for the three separate events/distances of choice within any one of these event registration processes. If already registered for one or two events, simply register for the second or third and automatically be added to the Challenge. Streamline the registration process by Registering Here

TEAM REGISTRATION DETAILS

The team captain must register themselves and pay for the entire team. Once the team is created, the team captain must invite other team members to register through their Team Captain Participant Account in haku. A unique URL will be sent to each team member to complete their registration.

CAN I TRANSFER TEAM MEMBERS?
Yes, to switch team members once your team is complete contact registration@hartfordmarathon.com to coordinate. Deadline to switch team members online is Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Switches after this date must be done at packet pick ups.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TEAM REGISTRATION?
Team Captains can check on the status of their team registration. Simply log-in to your haku Participant Account and select your “Team Captain Account” by using the link provided in your email confirmation or follow the directions here. Select the Rocky Neck Runfest event.

All teams must be complete with 3 members to compete in the event.
