Refund Protection available for purchase at the time of registration only. Registrants may also defer entry for credit to a future HMF event (no later than 14 days before race date) or transfer registration directly to another participant up to 7 days before race day. PACKET PICKUP

Team Captain or designee will pick up Race Swag for the entire team.

All participants must show a Photo ID to pick up race packets (parent/guardian of minors must show ID).

Show your Check-in Pass at packet pickup to speed up the process. Download your Check-in Pass onto your phone within your participant account.

Credit Cards and Apple Pay accepted for race day race registration and event merchandise. No cash.

Note: To designate someone to pick up another runner’s race packet, designee must bring or show a copy of this signed waiver/permission slip. Photocopies or phone pictures of the form will be accepted.

RUN FOR GOOD

The charity partner for this event is Operation Paws on the Ground. Consider making a donation or run, walk or volunteer with their group and join them in their mission to support the beneficial bond between veterans and canines. DETAILS

TEAM REGISTRATION DETAILS

The team captain must register themselves and pay for the entire team. Once the team is created, the team captain must invite other team members to register through their Team Captain Participant Account in haku. A unique URL will be sent to each team member to complete their registration.

CAN I TRANSFER TEAM MEMBERS?
Yes, to switch team members once your team is complete contact registration@hartfordmarathon.com to coordinate. Deadline to switch team members online is Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Switches after this date must be done at packet pick ups.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TEAM REGISTRATION?
Team Captains can check on the status of their team registration. Simply log-in to your haku Participant Account and select your “Team Captain Account” by using the link provided in your email confirmation or follow the directions here. Select the Rocky Neck Runfest event.

All teams must be complete with 3 members to compete in the event.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS FOR PURCHASE

ITAB PERSONALIZED MEDAL PLATE:
An iTAB lets you personalize your race medal with your name and finish time. The special, personalized plate slides onto your finisher medal’s ribbon. It helps you remember your race day for years to come. More Information

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Individual participants must be at least 16 years of age on race day to enter.

Three person team participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day to enter.

Trail 5K participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day to enter.

Road 5K participants must be at least 5 years of age on race day to enter.

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a Hartford Marathon Foundation waiver form and show a Photo ID to pick up race packet.

EMERGENCY TEXTING SERVICE

HMF has emergency texting services in place to be used ONLY in situations such as event delays, cancellations or other emergencies. If we have last-minute event changes, we will text pertinent instructions/updates. NOTE: We never use this information for marketing or solicitation.
